Digital Delivery
We’re delighted to deliver your digital product with speed and simplicity. Please review the instructions below to access your item with ease:
Check Your Inbox
A confirmation email containing your digital download or access link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Kindly check your primary, spam, or promotions folders to ensure it reaches you.
Access Your Files
Simply click the link in the email to download your file(s) or access your content. Depending on the product, this may include a PDF, ZIP file, or a secure link to an online resource.
Download and Save
We recommend downloading your files promptly and saving them in a secure location for future use. For your protection, download links may be time-sensitive or have limited access.
Orders being Shipped
All orders are prepared when ordered. Your order will ship 2-3 business days after your order has been received. You will be notified via email with your tracking number when your order ships.
We strive to ship fresh drunken products and cool apparel around the US, however there are things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of our shipping carrier. Please note there is no guarantee of an arrival date.
Tiddlyshire is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the shipping carrier. If you are ordering our products for a special event, we encourage you to place your order early. Our perishable products can be stored in the refrigerator to preserve it’s freshness.
As we prepare for the high volume holiday season. We may ship your order early and we reserve the right schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions.
Tiddlyshire is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high volume holiday season, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address without is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Tiddlyshire does not require a signature for the delivery of most of its packages.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once your order ships the address cannot be modified.
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
Shipping Rates
Our products prices do not include shipping. Expedited shipping fees may incur for quicker delivery. Shipping charges vary depending on the item being shipped, the distance the package is traveling and the speed of delivery required for the product. This information can be found at checkout for an item, after you enter your shipping address.
